Car park; toilets; visitor centre exhibitions; refreshments; shop and picnic area. Children's adventure park; and nature trails. Disabled car park is a little distance from castle, possible for disabled visitors to be set down a few yards nearer the property.
Ground floor, courtyard, Visitor centre and display area and most of the grounds are wheelchair accessible. Stone carvings in the museum area and castle can be touched nature trail in nearby woodlands. Toilets are located adjacent to the visitor centre. Visit the archaeological dig in July & August.
