This small stately home has a 14th Century Great Hall with fine timbered roof incorporated into a mainly Georgian building.
The front redesigned by Sir George Clough William-Ellis (of Port Meirion fame) in 1912.
Inside are exhibitions of costumes, natural history and model ships.
I am so pleased to say that this magnifixdent an friendly home offers those like myself the chance to stay in such a historic home!
For wheelchair users we have a separate entrance through the servants wing into the house. An accessible toilet is located down here too. Once inside everything is on the same level on the ground floor. Most areas of the garden are accessible as well.
