A museum with a gallery devoted to Burns memorabilia and on the upper floor is the room Burns took for Jean Armour in 1788, and has remained intact, and there are models of Jean and Robert plus a full video presentation.
There is also a large collection of Mauchline boxware and an exhibition to curling and curling stones.
Nearby in the churchyard lie four of Burns' daughters.
