The beach and tidal foreshore cover over 2100 acres and 4ﾽ miles of sand dunes, salt marshes and a nature reserve including the site of the Roman Fort of Branodunum.
Scolt Head Island by boat from Brancaster Staithe is open daily.The Reserve has extensive salt marshes and sand dunes.
