Brading Church of St Mary the Virgin. The church is the oldest on the island with mainly Norman work. The tower is Early English, and is fretted with arches ensuring that processions circling the church would remain on consecrated ground. Skeletons of prehistoric men 7ft high were once discovered here on the site.
