Blawith Church of St John the Baptist, (Churches Conservation Trust)
The church of St John the Baptist was built between 1862-1863, has a slate roof and blends in well with its surrounding at the foot of Coniston Water, beneath the Lakeland fells on each side of the valley. Across the road from the church are some remains of an earlier 16th century church.
