The name given to two ranges of Welsh hills, one where the Carmarthenshire range of hills, south of the Upper Towy Valley on the Brecon border.
Dominated by Carmarthen Van standing at 2,632ft with its two lonely lakes.
The Brecon range, on the Hereford border, between the Usk and Wye valleys has Waun Fach standing at 2,660ft.
