Disabled parking 300 yards from house; by prior arrangement disabled visitors may be driven to front door and collected from West Courtyard. House: fifteen six-inch step to front door; difficult access for wheelchair users, who, after prior arrangement, maybe admitted to the ground floor; advisable to visit Wednesday to Friday when house is less congested. Garden: easy access from West Courtyard to North Gardens; gravel paths; steps to sunken garden. Park is accessible. Adventure playground: rough paths on west side of river; difficult access for wheelchair after wet weather. Toilet block in Park. Shop in Brewhouse; access over cobbles from stable yard; thick handled cutlery available; Kiosk in Adventure playground has easy access.
