Belfry Golf Club - Wishaw

Founded in 1976, the Belfry 36 hole course, won a unique place in European golf history by virtue of the dramatic Ryder Cup matches played there in 1985 and 1989.

The Brabazon Course, over which the matches were played, os a stern test from the back tees, but much more manageable from further forward.

There is a superb leisure complex offering a host of indoor and outdoor sports including swimming, squash courts, tennis, sauna and many other activities.
