Beaconsfield - Church of St Mary & All Saints

St Mary’s Church on the corner of the crossroads is medieval although rebuilt in the 19th century. It has a fine flint tower rising above the trees. There are many monuments of interest, and other treasures including an iron-bound chest covered in paintings of ships by a quayside, and an exquisite tapestry. Between the chapel and the chancel is a section of a 15th century screen.
