Batsford Arboretum - Moreton-in-Marsh

Established in the 1880's as a 'wild garden' it is one of the largest privately owned collections of trees in the British Isles. 50 peaceful acres with over 1500 different species, many rare, giving superb views across the Vale of Evenlode. Carpets of spring bulbs, magnolias and cherries. Red and gold maples and sorbus provide glorious autumn colour. Original bronze statues.
