Charming village with a stream and surrounded by lovely countryside. The green is large with lovely cottages, the church and Barrington Hall home to the Bendyshes since the 14th century.
The church is about 600 years old and where the font is supposedly Norman. There are some medieval oak benches, 13th century chancel arch and a Jacobean covered pulpit.
