URPoint Details
The Bakewell Church of All Saints is an interesting cruciform of Norman origin with later additions in the12th to 14th century church and in the churchyard is a Saxon Cross. The church has a 14th century font, rood screen and many monuments with effigies and weepers. The most remarkable is that to Sir Godfrey Foljambe (d1377) with two upright half-figures on a wall.
