Baddinsgill Reservoir - Borders

Carlops

URPoint Details

Baddinsgill Reservoir is a small reservoir in the Scottish Borders close to Carlops,  and the boundary with Midlothian. The name is curious, as it is the Lyne Water which is dammed to form the reservoir, not the Baddinsgill Burn, which joins the Lyne Water further south, below the reservoir.
