House open April to end September on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday 1pm to 5pm. Park open 12pm to 5pm.

Disabled parking 200m from entrance with reserved disabled parking; (please make arrangements if possible). Access to House via loose gravel, tarmac, cobbles and smooth grass; ground floor accessible to wheelchair users; ambulant visitors are also advised to visit the ground floor only; chairs provided. Gardens have easy access via tarmac and gravel paths and very smooth grass; seats provided.  Special tape tour available; braille guide; some fabrics may be touched; fountain, wildfowl and birdsong in grounds; flower and rose garden.

Audley End is a fantastic Jacobean country house that just has to be visited. The Great Hall is magnificent and has a wonderful 17th century plaster ceiling. The collections include the Braybooke Silver in the Butlers Pantry, a delightful Dolls House, fine furniture and paintings.

The house is set in glorious grounds landscaped by Capability Brown. The gardens include a delightful wooded grove and an elegant bridge by Robert Adam.
