The church of St Michael has one of 120 round towers in Norfolk, and houses the oldest ring of bells in the county. This replaced an earlier, heavier ring of three. It is unique in being the oldest complete ring by a single bell-founder in the county and the bells are dated 1604, 1607, 1607, 1607 and 1614.
