With fine views over Luce Bay the gardens surround the 18th century country house (not open to the public), with the formal layout round the house and blend into the informality of woods and shrubberies. In spring and summer there are daffodils, azaleas, camellias and rhododendrons, a walled garden and herbaceous border.
