Strange shaped petrified tree stumps can be seen here sticking out of the blue clay at exceptionally low tides. This forest was buried over 1,000 years ago, and the sea still eats away at the village.
Situated on Carmarthen Bay with a sand and shingle beach where several cottages and the old coast road have been washed away over the centuries.
