16th century timber-framed building with end walls of brick, once used as an open market. The tall chimneys are 16th century and most of the building was restored in 1855. Moot Hall was once in the centre of town. It now houses town history and maritime affairs including prints and relics of the Snape Anglo-Saxon ship burial.
