Acton Scott Heritage Farm

Living history in the Shropshire hills. Experience daily life on an upland farm at the turn of the century with the wagoner and his team of shire horses working the land using vintage farm machinery. In the cottage the farmer's wife goes about her daily chores.

Daily demonstrations of rural crafts and there are weekly visits from the farrier, wheelwright and blacksmith. In the dairy you can see milking by hand and butter making every day. Fresh produce and country crafts are available for sale in the farm shop.
